  • 24/7 active monitoring of your network (server, workstation, exchange, SQL Server, terminal services, web server, firewall/router, change management, patch management)
  • Maintenance (PC maintenance, virus definitions, software updates, hardware and asset inventory, reporting, software license inventory, automated software deployment, on-site dispatch service, IT management, server disaster recovery)
  • Data security
  • Tracking and reporting of the state of your network
  • Portal access for tracking and reporting of the state of your network

IS RealTime Premium™:

  • Remote help desk support (live person) who is an expert in their field will speak to you directly. *If on-site visits are needed, hourly fees apply.
